When you’re standing on the construction site of Riverside Lifestyle Estates, it’s obvious that the elevation of the building is being built well above any risk of flooding. But in case you haven’t had a chance to check it out for yourself, we thought we would share this quick fact about our elevation. Perception can be reality, so here are some interesting stats. Riverside Lifestyle Estates was 20 ft higher than the highest flood point recorded on July 2, 2020, and is 7 ft higher than the earthen dike system on 18th st.
So is 20 ft pretty high? We think so. Especially when it comes to great views! Our Riverside team is excited to see construction get underway, and we can’t wait to watch this amazing building take shape.
