Welcome to our VISION for the WHEAT CITY ARENA & EVENTS CENTER located at RIVERSIDE LIFESTYLE ESTATES. As the development continues to progress, our group is excited to turn visions into realities. The Wheat City Arena & Event Centre is owned by Skyline Developments Ltd. and is a standalone business venture that is separate from the condo development. It is comprised of 3.09 acres of land along with the existing building structure and parking lot at Wheat City Golf Course and sits adjacent to the Riverside Lifestyle Estates development.

THE ARENA vision
- Standard size skating arena with artificial ice (190' Long by 80' Wide) – newly renovated with new boards and bright lighting.
- 6 large change rooms with access to washrooms and showers – 2 of which are oversized and could house permanent teams
- A lower level indoor view area and a upper floor viewing lounge that is ideal for watching the game while being served your favorite beverage of choice.
THE EVENTS CENTRE vision
- Banquet hall, restaurant, meeting rooms, large patio, events tent – all overlooking the panoramic wheat city golf course and Assiniboine river.

COMMERCIAL SPACE vision
- Wheat City Arena and Events Center commercial space will be the perfect spot for your business to thrive
